PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAMME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.
a) Mohamed Hilal Group’s Loyalty program is called the “Hilal Hearts”.
b) Membership and its benefits are strictly personal. MHG reserves the right to request at any time personal documentation to verify the identity of a customer who wishes to subscribe to or use the loyalty program.
c) After registration into the loyalty program, the customer will attain a loyalty status which will depend on the amount spent at the time of purchase; There are 3 loyalty tiers Mojab being the default level, Moghram, and Molah being the highest tier.
d) The program allows each member to accumulate points (called hearts) from each paid purchase made in our retail stores except consignment stores, online website (MHGBoutique.com) & MHGBoutique Mobile App depending on the loyalty status of the customer at the time of purchase.
In these Terms:
a) 'Mohamed Hilal Group', 'MHG', 'we' 'our' or 'us' means Mohamed Hilal group for companies & establishment management for itself and its affiliated companies (Hind A Oud, Khaltat, Anfas Dokhoon, Khales & HOB & MHGBoutique).
b) 'Loyalty' means the loyalty program run by Mohamed Hilal group, the entity responsible for the Program, or any other company within the same group of companies.
c) 'Mobile App' means the MHGBoutique mobile application intended for use on a mobile device.
d) 'Website' means MHGBoutique.com.
e) 'you', 'your' or 'customer' means the individual named on the Application Terms and Conditions for Online.
f) 'Offline' means retail stores except for consignment stores, 'Online' means Mhgboutique.com and MHGBoutique Mobile App.
Subject to Mohamed Hilal Group accepting you into the Loyalty program, by signing in writing, or digitally accepting these Terms, by applying to join and/or joining the program, you agree that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any Terms posted on the Website as the same may be varied by Mohamed Hilal Group from time to time. Updated Terms supersede any terms agreed by you and Mohamed Hilal Group. It is your responsibility to remain aware of any such updates. We will publish the latest Terms & Conditions on our Website and Mobile App.
a) These Terms are void if entered by an individual younger than eighteen (18) years of age.
b) This Loyalty program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. The Loyalty program must not be used for any business or commercial purposes, and we may refuse to create an account for any reason.
c) Mohamed Hilal Group reserves the right to make the final decision to enroll you into the Loyalty program and reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or revoke your Points at any time. Mohamed Hilal Group will not charge you for membership & enrollment.
d) Customers are required to register themselves into the program by providing their contact details (First name, Last name, Email address & Mobile number).
e) Mobile number must start with this specific format (009715xxxxxxxx), country code may differ according to customer mobile number.
f) Failure to comply with the above-mentioned mobile number format might cause miscalculations in loyalty hearts.
g) A member may change his/her details registered upon request to Customer Care through this email address: Care@hilal.cc.
h) Loyalty program can be registered in the following regions: UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Oman & Qatar.
a) Customers can earn loyalty hearts on transactions from online & offline stores.
b) Loyalty points earning will be eligible only on transactions without applying discounts, bundles, or promotions.
c) Loyalty hearts will be calculated on the net sales amount only (excluding shipping charges & cash on delivery fee) for online orders.
d) Customers need to register valid and same details across online and offline platforms to maintain loyalty hearts accumulation under the same account.
e) The following table reflects the amount spent required within the last 12 months from the registration date to reach a certain level in the loyalty program:

f) The amounts mentioned in the above table may differ depending on the country of currency in which the purchase occurs.
g) For offline transactions, points will be available in the customer account within 24 hours from purchase.
h) For online transactions, points will be available in the customer account within 2 to 3 days from delivery confirmation.
i) MHG may in its sole discretion and at any time change the number of points/hearts which may be earned for the amount spent and loyalty status level change.
a) After having accumulated hearts, members can redeem hearts at our retail stores & MHGBoutique Mobile App except where MHG does not have their points of sale, e.g., consignment stores (Galleries La Fayette, Tryano, Faces, Jashanmal, etc.).
b) Members can redeem available hearts in part or full. The remaining bill amount can be paid by another payment method.
c) The number of redeemable hearts cannot exceed the total bill amount.
d) Loyalty hearts cannot be redeemed against cash.
e) Points can be redeemed for products & services specified in the loyalty program.
f) Redemption value depends on the country where the transaction or purchase is being made.
g) 1 loyalty heart is equivalent to 1 AED and may differ depending on the country currency where redemption occurs.
a) Hearts expire within 12 months from the date of the transaction in which hearts were earned.
b) Hearts consumption will be based on a First in-First out calculation.
c) The customers’ loyalty tier will be upgraded directly depending on the amount spent as defined in the earning section.
d) A loyalty tiers downgrade occurs after completion of 12 months from the registration date.
e) To maintain the loyalty tier, customers must spend an amount equivalent to the corresponding loyalty tier within the year. Failure to do so will result in being downgraded to the loyalty tier equivalent to the amount spent the following year.
a) The points/hearts earned during the original purchase will be deducted/taken back during the purchase return from the member’s account.
b) If at the time of return it is discovered that hearts have been utilized, the equivalent amount shall be deducted from the available loyalty balance of the customer account. If the loyalty balance is Zero, then it shall be deducted from the return/refund amount.
c) If insufficient points are available, or Mohamed Hilal Group suspects fraud or misconduct, rewards may be refused or canceled.
d) If a member wants to return a product fully paid or partially paid with redeeming points, points will be credited back to the customer account; no cash will be given against the redeemed part.
a) Members can claim any adjustments to the number of hearts credited or claim retrospectively for points within 30 days from the date of purchase by sending the following details (purchase receipt, registered mobile number, customer name & registered email address) to our customer care team through this email: care@hilal.cc.
b) The issue will be investigated and Mohamed Hilal Group has the right to accept the member's claim or not and adjust the points according to the customer’s corresponding tier during the purchase occurred.
a) MHG management reserves the right to change the loyalty program name with or without notice to its customers, at any given point in time without approval.
b) Mohamed Hilal Group may at its sole discretion and at any time change the number of points/hearts which may be earned for the amount spent and loyalty status level change.
c) MHG reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the loyalty program with or without notice at any time.
a) MHG reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion.
